Overview

Eaton's Cutler-Hammer E51 Series sensor families combine high performance with a familiar limit switch style housing. Modular, plug-in components provide application flexibility, ease of maintenance, less downtime and reduced inventory. Choose from 2-wire sensors with AC/DC operation, or 4-wire sensors in either AC or DC styles. Connection options include terminal, mini-connector or various length of cable.

The E51 Series can be built to sense metals at shorter ranges (inductive sensing) or just about any material at longer ranges (photoelectric sensing), depending on the head component chosen.
